Our
Approach
We begin by developing a clear understanding of the current
site and the expectations and aspirations of the client.
Next, GWD-C will submit either conceptual layouts or
detailed plans that illustrate how all site elements will
work with the natural environment functionally,
aesthetically, and harmoniously. The decision-making process
of the feasibility studies and site design services are
highly recommended in the infancy stages of a project.
Depending on the complexity of the project or sensitivity of
the environmental resources, we invite collaboration with
professionals from other disciplines, such as ecologists,
architects, professional engineers, certified arborists, and
surveyors.
